Terms of Service

Neon Shield Security provides cybersecurity consulting services and tools, including but not limited to:

• Virtual Chief Information Security Officer (vCISO) services
• Security assessments and audits
• Compliance consulting (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
• Security policy development
• Incident response planning and support
• Security awareness training
• Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
• Managed Detection and Response (MDR)
• Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR)
• Security Information and Event Management (SIEM)
• Network monitoring hardware
• Password manager solutions

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access provided
• Cooperate with our team in a professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Implement recommended security measures in a timely manner

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes:

• Business strategies and operations
• Technical infrastructure details
• Security vulnerabilities and findings
• Personal and financial information

Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of our services.

Neon Shield Security provides consulting and advisory services. While we strive for excellence:

• We cannot guarantee that your systems will never be breached
• Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services in question
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Implementation of our recommendations is at your discretion and risk

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements:

• Fees are due according to the payment schedule in your service agreement
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Services may be suspended for non-payment
• You are responsible for all taxes related to services provided

Either party may terminate services:

• With written notice as specified in the service agreement
• Immediately for material breach of these terms
• Upon mutual agreement

Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

All materials, methodologies, and tools developed by Neon Shield Security remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use deliverables for your internal business purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Idaho.
